Eddie Garcia
Eddie Garcia is a national security and economic-resilience executive with more than fifteen years of experience strengthening America’s industrial base and advancing federal modernization across the Executive Office of the President, the Department of Defense, and the U.S. Army. He now advises private equity, venture-backed, and strategic clients on capture strategy and supply-chain risk mitigation in the defense, energy, infrastructure, and critical minerals sectors.
Previously, Eddie served as a Team Lead & Senior Analyst at the White House Office of Management and Budget, where he advanced government-wide efforts to rebuild domestic supply chains, advised on proposed federal regulations and congressional legislation affecting more than $600 billion in annual federal spending. Earlier, Eddie served as a procurement professional with the Department of Defense, where he managed major programs and oversaw a defense portfolio valued at more than $1.7 billion. His commitment to public service began in the United States Army, where he served eight years, including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a three-year assignment in the Republic of Korea.
His work has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Executive Office of the President’s Special Achievement Award (July 2025) for superior leadership and personal letters of appreciation from the President of the United States for his contributions to national service. Eddie has also been invested as a Commander of the Imperial Order of Dom Pedro I by the Imperial House of Orléans-Braganza. He maintains active engagement in economic and policy forums as a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and is a regular invitee to the Annual and Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund.
Eddie holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from the University of the Incarnate Word.
